    The origin of Biblioteca Petrarch is the research project “Petrarch and Humanism in the Iberian Peninsula (FFI2011-24896)”, which was carried out in University of Salamanca as part of the Plan I+D+I of the Department of State for Research, Development, and Innovation of the Spanish Ministry of Economics and Competitiveness.

    The Biblioteca Petrarca is the result of cooperation between the Petrarch Project, developed in the IEMYRhd of the University of Salamanca, the people, and institutions that give their scientific advice and the entities that, like the Historical Library of the University of Salamanca, have facilitated the disposition of their documentary and bibliographic funds.
